CHM AESTHETICS & BEAUTY – COMPANY POLICY At CHM Aesthetics & Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional, and safe aesthetic and beauty treatments in a respectful and welcoming environment. To ensure the best experience for all clients and maintain the highest standards of service, we kindly ask all clients to review and respect the following company policies: ⸻ 1. Appointment Policy • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client and manage our schedule efficiently. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee of £25. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a full service charge and the requirement to pre-pay for future appointments. ⸻ 2.
